The first homes were opened in Ülemiste City in 2020, converting the business and studying environment into a place of residence with permanent residents. The 13-story modern building with 81 rental apartments is meant for the campus companies to accommodate their talents for short- or long-term stays. In the long run, the campus is planned to have nearly 800 residences and almost 2,000 permanent residents.
